Customer Onboarding Specialist

Als Customer Onboarding Manager bist du für die erfolgreiche Implementierung unserer Software bei unseren Kunden verantwortlich. Du sorgst für eine optimale Cashflowplanung und bist der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.
Aufgaben- Die Implementierung unserer Software bei unseren Kunden zu überwachen und zu unterstützen
- Die Cashflowplanung mit unseren Kunden zu erstellen und zu überprüfen
- Die Kunden während des gesamten Onboardingzeitraums zu betreuen und zu unterstützen
- Die Kunden zu informieren und zu beraten
- Die Kunden zu überzeugen, dass unsere Software die richtige Wahl für sie ist
- Ein Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in BWL, VWL, International Business oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting, IT-Projektmanagement oder einer anderen Rolle mit Kundenkontakt
- Ein C2-Niveau in Deutsch und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Ein empathischer Charakter und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Unser Interviewprozess dauert zwischen 3 und 14 Tagen und besteht aus folgenden Gesprächen:
- Erstes Treffen mit dem Talent Acquisition Team
- Ein Rollenspiel oder eine Fallstudie mit dem jeweiligen Fachbereich
- Abschlussrunde mit dem Management (und manchmal dem C-Level-Entscheidungsträger)
