Customer Relations Specialist

Tianshi GmbH, a part of the multinational conglomerate Tiens Group, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Relations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our global network across Europe.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English, with Turkish being a plus. Strong online and offline marketing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
Organize, prepare, and actively participate in events, meetings, and training sessions.
