About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our international Customer Care department as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Assist customers with ongoing rental, vehicle functions, and app-related issues
  • Filter important information and provide detailed reports to colleagues and other teams
  • Deliver high-quality service with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working proficiency in German, Dutch, French, and/or English
  • Experience with customer support software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
