Customer Relations Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of German and English, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of German and English in both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent online/offline marketing skills.
- Active, motivated team player; able to work independently.
- PC skills with the MS Office package.
