At ACCRETECH, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Munich, Germany.

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our customers. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, working closely with them to resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance on our products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex systems, including CMP and Wafer Prober
  • Implement hardware and software modifications as needed
  • Analyze and report malfunctions, working to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Strong technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
  • Initial professional experience in installation, service, and application support of complex systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High willingness to travel within Europe, with a valid driving license
  • Fluent English skills, with additional German language skills an advantage
