At ACCRETECH, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Munich, Germany.

About the Role:

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert technical support and guidance on our innovative product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and application support of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarizers) and Wafer Prober
  • Implementation of hardware and software modifications
  • Analysis, reporting, and elimination of malfunctions

Requirements:

  • Solid technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in the installation, service, and application support of complex systems
  • Excellent technical training enables you to provide support for products and systems requiring explanation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High willingness to travel around European territory, driving license class B is mandatory
  • Good written and spoken English skills, additional German would be an advantage
