Customer Support Specialist

About the Role
Tulip Interfaces Inc is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a frontline contact for customers, you will provide timely, accurate, and complete responses to inquiries, educate customers on our product, usage, and features, and diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Educate customers on the product, its features, and best practices for usage
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working with cross-functional teams as needed
- Manage support workload to provide visibility to issues and resolution status
- Continuously improve internal support processes and tools
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
- Collaborative team player who can partner with and manage multiple teams to resolve issues
- Experience in computer science a plus; familiarity with SQL and basic coding at a minimum
- Experience in manufacturing or process engineering a plus
- Fluent in German and English; French fluency is a plus
