Job Responsibilities:
  • As a key member of our Wound Care Division, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies and marketing mixes that drive business growth.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues to create pricing strategies for our product portfolio and continuously improve processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and developments will be essential in providing valuable insights for product development and positioning.
  • You will be part of the Product Lifecycle Management and Brand Management teams, contributing to the success of our products in the market.
  • Additionally, you will support projects in accordance with the HARTMANN Project Standards (PLP, PRINCE2).
  • Close collaboration with internal departments will be vital in achieving our goals.
Qualifications:
  • A university degree in scientific or business-related studies or equivalent is required.
  • First professional experience in marketing, preferably gained in an international context and within the medical environment, is essential.
  • Experience working in cross-functional (matrix) and multi-cultural contexts is highly desirable.
  • A constructive and open manner of collaboration and communication, combined with intercultural competence, is crucial for success.
  • High market and customer orientation, along with interpersonal skills and creative drive, are essential qualities for this role.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with German skills being a plus.
