Job Title: Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and technologies that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product development strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and regulatory submissions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, natural sciences, or business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
