About You

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the DACH region by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in a SaaS environment, specifically targeting mid-market organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and its key business drivers.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and English (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
