About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Executive to join our team at Hibob. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and initiate new business relationships to generate new sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proficient in German (C1) and fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Proven track record of success in closing deals valued at $150,000+ within organizations of 1000+ employees
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, and Challenger
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
