Candidate Profile

We are in search of a technically proficient Sales Consultant to support the promotion of our innovative SaaS-based human resources platform within the DACH region. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the HR sector, its workflows, and processes, along with the ability to articulate the unique advantages of our platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Account Executives as part of the sales team, providing your technical insights to align with customer needs. A passion for developing processes and contributing to our growth in the region is essential.

Role Responsibilities

To excel as a Sales Consultant, you will need to acquire a thorough understanding of our technical products and services, conveying this information in an accessible manner to non-technical clients. You will thrive in this position if you are motivated to meet company sales objectives and can showcase outstanding sales and customer service abilities.

  • Create and deliver technical presentations of our software to effectively communicate our offerings to clients.
  • Engage in discussions to identify and address challenges within the HR technology landscape.
  • Work alongside sales teams to comprehend customer needs and provide support throughout the sales process.
  • Gather and relay potential customers' technical requirements to the product development team.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to formulate new sales and marketing strategies targeting prospective customers.
  • Assist in training sales team members on the technical features of our products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering role supporting SaaS and B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in English and German is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
