Position: Regional Sales Executive
Description: We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Executive to enhance our team at Carrier. This position focuses on managing and expanding our Partner Program in the DACH region while fostering relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a background in electrical engineering or a related discipline, with experience in building technology, particularly in security systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the Partner Program in the DACH region
- Acquire new clients and establish long-term relationships
- Independently manage and organize your sales territory
- Provide customer support and conduct product presentations
- Collaborate closely with sales and service partners
- Plan and oversee sales activities
- Conduct training sessions on products
- Engage in industry events and trade shows
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Document and report all sales activities
Requirements:
- Degree in electrical engineering or a business-related field
- Experience in building technology, especially in security systems
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
