About the Role
Spartacus Fm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Fertigungsindustrie/Maschinenbau sector. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative software solutions to engineering and process-oriented customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target key customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and consulting, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and present sales proposals, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Participate in trade shows, customer events, and other marketing initiatives to promote our software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, with a strong foundation in IT.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial software or IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluent German language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
