Sales Representative for Software Solutions in Manufacturing

Position Overview
As a Sales Representative for Software Solutions in the Manufacturing Sector, you will be responsible for promoting innovative software products tailored for engineering and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the promotion of our advanced software solutions within the manufacturing and engineering sectors, focusing on cross-functional topics.
- Conduct ongoing market research within your designated sales area to identify potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
- Prepare and facilitate customer presentations while coordinating technical assistance from our development and consulting teams.
- Independently create proposals in collaboration with the sales support team and management.
- Engage in contract negotiations to finalize agreements.
- Participate actively in trade fairs, customer events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications
- A completed vocational training or degree in a technical or commercial field, with a foundational understanding of IT.
- Hands-on experience primarily in design/planning or within a production setting.
- Prior experience in the sales of capital goods or within the IT software industry is preferred.
- A strong commitment to customer service, decisiveness, and high engagement levels.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate within a team.
- Ability to work independently, with outstanding organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Fluency in German is required.
