Sales Representative for Software Solutions in Manufacturing

Position Overview
As a Sales Representative for Software Solutions in the Manufacturing Industry, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our innovative software products tailored for engineering and cross-functional processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our advanced software solutions designed for the manufacturing sector, focusing on engineering and integrated process management.
- Conduct ongoing market research within your designated sales territory to identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver impactful customer presentations while coordinating with technical support from our development and consulting teams.
- Independently create proposals in collaboration with the sales support team and management.
- Engage in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Participate actively in trade exhibitions, customer events, and industry conferences to enhance visibility and network.
Qualifications
- A completed vocational training or a degree in a technical or commercial field, complemented by a fundamental understanding of IT.
- Hands-on experience in design/planning or familiarity with production environments.
- Previous experience in selling capital goods or within the IT software industry is preferred.
- A strong commitment to customer service, coupled with decisiveness and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, with outstanding organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Fluency in German is required.
