Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager DACH

We are seeking a highly experienced and successful Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling Supermicro's broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients, as well as new accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met and sales goals are achieved.
  • Research trends and identify new opportunities to increase sales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or End customer/Enterprise Customer in Central Europe.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate, or governmental accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
  • Language skills: English and German mandatory.
