Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager DACH

About the Role:

Supermicro is seeking a highly experienced and successful Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales in Central Europe.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken.
