About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our TTI Sales Team in Holzwickede. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the internal team in processing customer orders, including coordinating deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing timely and accurate information to ensure seamless communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and English language skills are essential.
