Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German language specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our bank's customer service, providing excellent support to German-speaking customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their problems.

You will also be responsible for preventing fraud, protecting customer data, and safeguarding our customers' interests. This requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under stressful and testing situations.

We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in German, has excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and possesses exceptional communication and soft skills. Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not required.
