Job DescriptionAccount Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As the primary contact for our key strategic customers, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our relationships, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
  • Develop a robust pipeline in targeted industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing on creative lead generation efforts.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities and manage sequences.
Solution Demonstrations and Sales Presentations
  • Conduct needs analysis to position relevant solutions.
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Manage negotiations and close deals using the MEDDICC framework.
Closing Deals and Contract Management
  • Drive the sales process from contact to contract.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align contracts with policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management and Retention
  • Serve as the primary contact for accounts, ensuring satisfaction and value.
  • Build long-term relationships and monitor customer health metrics.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Portfolio Growth and Account Expansion
  • Understand client's business and identify additional service opportunities.
  • Foster trust to drive renewals and long-term contracts.
  • Implement strategies for account growth through upselling and advocacy.
Collaboration and Reporting
  • Align with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Report on sales activities and maintain a competitive edge
