About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager/Telecommunications Specialist to join our remote team part-time. This role involves building relationships with senior institutions in the Philippines, pitching our services over the phone, and convincing them to arrange a more detailed conversation with our account manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search, record, and maintain data for senior citizens' facilities potentially suitable in our CRM system
  • Actively shape the sales process and rely on continuous support and coaching from your manager
  • Use your freedom to plan your working day independently and celebrate your individual achievements in the team
  • Report regularly to your supervisor, together keeping an eye on your KPIs
Your Profile
  • You have at least 10 hours/week available for this part-time role
  • You are a positive person, a telephone professional, and interested in people. Ideally, you have already gained experience in sales
  • You speak and write German at a very high level
  • You are trustworthy, committed, and lack motivation
  • You are a team player and want to develop yourself
  • You like to work goal-oriented and are highly ambitious
  • Personal responsibility and common sense are natural parts of your personality
