We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Specialist to join our team at 360Learning. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Germany, focusing on the mid-market segment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a proven sales methodology, develop strong relationships with HR & training decision-makers, and contribute to the German growth strategy and sales effort.

Your responsibilities will include leading opportunities from demo to closing, participating in responses to requests for proposals, growing your network with key decision-makers, and developing effective sales strategies to close deals.

Within the first month, you will:

  • Familiarize yourself with our team and processes
  • Learn about our platform and its features
  • Discover our corporate culture, Convexity
  • Participate in customer meetings and familiarize yourself with our tools (Trello, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Complete your onboarding

Within three months, you will:

  • Perform your first product demonstration to clients
  • Ensure accurate reporting of your activity to optimize your forecast and build effective sales strategies
  • Become knowledgeable in Learning & Development market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
  • Build your pipeline
  • Closed your first deal

Within six months, you will:

  • Develop a solid network of HR Directors, VP HR, and Training Managers in Germany
  • Process the continuous flow of inbound projects
  • Develop business opportunities within new accounts
  • Meet and exceed your quarterly targets

Within twelve months, you will:

  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on our platform and share your knowledge with the organization
  • Improve our sales playbook and participate in internal projects
  • Be ready to tackle complex, multi-thread deals

This role requires:

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company as an Account Executive or Presales Role
  • Experience in performing complex software/platform demos in your sales process
  • Native German and Fluent English proficiency
  • An ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers
  • Excellent active listening skills and a 'Team Player' attitude
  • Basic elements of HR culture would be a plus
