Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a retail expansion strategy to increase our presence in the Nordic market
- Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities and challenges in the retail landscape
- Lead and manage a team of key account managers to drive sales and growth in retail channels
- Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team and Vertical Lead to develop and implement the overall offline retail strategy
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with retail partners to build long-term and successful collaborations
- Monitor and control the entire expansion process, from planning to successful implementation
- Regularly report to C-Level on the progress and results of retail expansion
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail, quick commerce, or expansion in the FMCG or food sector
- Market-specific knowledge of the Nordic countries
- Excellent English language skills and relevant additional language skills
- Experience in leading and developing teams, especially in fast-growing environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market analyses and develop strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work under pressure and successfully implement complex projects
