Head of Retail Expansion Strategist
KoRo is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the company's retail expansion in the Nordic countries. As the Head of Retail Expansion Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive expansion strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a holistic expansion strategy that identifies new retail opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Lead a key account team to manage sales and relationships with retail partners
- Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team and Vertical Lead to develop and implement offline retail strategies
- Identify and acquire new retail locations and partnerships through strategic negotiations
- Monitor and control the expansion process to ensure successful collaborations and growth
- Report progress and results of retail expansion to senior management
Your Ideal Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG or food sector
- Relevant degree in business administration, management, finance, or law
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented with a hands-on approach
