About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Yoffix. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for converting sales leads into customers, primarily targeting the D/A/CH market, with opportunities to expand into other European countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and build a sales pipeline with companies from SMB, SME, and Enterprise sectors.
  • Contact potential customers, existing leads, and prospects through various channels, including telephone, video calls, social media, and email.
  • Utilize sales methodologies like BANT and/or MEDDIC to convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain a CRM database and document the sales process.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our software to prospective buyers.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are met.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers to create a positive customer experience.
  • Handle complaints and negotiations, including price negotiations with clients.
  • Report weekly sales, objectives, pipeline details, and forecast to your manager.
  • Attend networking events, community events, and hearings to generate leads.
  • Participate in training to stay up-to-date with new products and service offerings.
Requirements
  • You are energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, commission-oriented, and have a distinct hunter mentality.
  • You have more than 2-3 years of experience in direct outbound sales with a strong track record of achieving sales quota.
  • You have experience in SaaS sales and the use of sales methodologies like BANT and/or MEDDIC.
  • You are analytical and CRM-driven, with very strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You are native German and fluent in English, with another European language being a plus.
