- Unterstützung beim Aufbau des Unternehmens von Tag 1 an
- Aufbau von Partnernetzwerken (Materialeinkauf, Flottenmanagement, etc.)
- Aufbau von Partner zur Gewinnung neuer Handwerkstalente (HWK, Bildungseinrichtungen)
- Unterstützung beim Reporting an Investoren
- Mitarbeit an der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens
- Erarbeitung von Workshops mit angehenden Gründungspartnern
- Bachelor- oder Masterstudent mit Interesse an Unternehmertum
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Motivation und LernbereitschaftInteresse an der Handwerksbranche von Vorteil
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründer und Einblick in die Unternehmensgründung

- Flexible Arbeitszeiten, ca. 10 Stunden pro Woche
