About the Role

DataGuard is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and researching new business opportunities, validating existing prospect accounts, and collaborating with the Sales team to drive a steady sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities and align them with DataGuard's ideal customer profiles.
  • Validate existing prospect accounts to assess their potential to become DataGuard customers and continually enhance your understanding of our product suite.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure streamlined prospecting and targeted outreach to key accounts.
  • Manage internal reporting and data accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Optimize workflows across DataOps and Sales functions through Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives within Sales Operations to efficiently qualify accounts and reduce manual effort.
