About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at FactFinder Holding GmbH. As a key member of our Sales Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Team and Customer Success Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales activities with a focus on contract management and legal topics, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Manage contracts, including drafting offers and contracts, and processing them post-signature, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
  • Handle administration tasks such as data maintenance, generating invoices, and preparing reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate information exchange between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Undertake project-related tasks, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree, with a strong foundation in business and administration.
  • Basic understanding of IT, with a preference for eCommerce experience and skills.
  • Ability to provide legally sound and pragmatic legal advice, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a high sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
