Job Description

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Page Personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Sales team and B2B clients receive value-added sales support. Our client, a renowned semiconductor manufacturer, offers a pleasant working atmosphere, excellent benefits, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer orders with sales, HQ directions, and company guidelines
  • Enable internal and external support for Display, Foundry, and LED products for a defined customer base
  • Regulate account status accordingly with Credit Control to achieve the highest KPIs
  • SCM coordination and collaboration with other internal teams
  • Provide invoicing while maintaining company guidelines and KPI targets
  • Arrange samples, recalls, and returns for products
Requirements:
  • Valid Visa to work
  • Degree in commercial fields or equivalent
  • Experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain
  • Experience in Semiconductor/Electronics industry desirable
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Affinity for numbers with attention to detail and precision
  • Interactive team member
  • Ability to work independently
  • MS-Office knowledge and SAP R/3 knowledge desirable
