We are MARKT-PILOT, a fast-growing B2B scale-up in Germany, and we're looking for a talented Head of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative HR strategies that drive our growth and success.

As Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for shaping our people strategy, cultivating a thriving team, and contributing to our business success. Your mission will be to:

  • Develop and implement a long-term people strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee and develop people operations globally, including talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR operations.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess and prioritize staffing requirements and recruit new talent accordingly.
  • Develop and manage our framework for the personal and professional development of our employees, ensuring growth and collaboration with department leaders.
  • Oversee and continuously improve all HR operations to ensure efficient and effective processes that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team and employees.
  • Develop a high-performing culture that functions well across teams and geographies, aligning with the company's strategic goals.


As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of scaling startups or scaleups globally, demonstrating your ability to manage HR operations in rapidly growing environments. You will also have a minimum of 2 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a startup or scaleup. Additionally, you will have deep knowledge of HR operations, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
