Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement People Strategy: Leverage your expertise in growth and scaling to create a long-term people strategy, ensuring our team is equipped to tackle the challenges of a rapidly growing environment.
  • Comprehensive People Management: Oversee and develop people operations, talent acquisition, and employer branding globally, fostering a thriving team that's aligned with our company's strategic goals.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Collaborate with department leaders to assess and prioritize staffing requirements, recruiting top talent to drive our success.
  • Talent Development: Develop and manage our framework for personal and professional growth, ensuring our employees have the opportunities they need to thrive.
  • HR Operations Excellence: Oversee and continuously improve all HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes that support our growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team and employees, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Culture Shaping: Develop a high-performing culture that functions well across teams and geographies, aligning with our company's strategic goals.

Your Skills:
  • Growth and Scaling Expertise: Proven track record of scaling startups or scaleups globally, demonstrating your ability to manage HR operations in rapidly growing environments.
  • HR Leadership Experience: Min. 2 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a startup or scaleup.
  • HR Operations Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR operations with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, ensuring all HR practices are current and efficient.
  • Hands-On Mentality: Actively involved in all aspects of HR strategy and execution, demonstrating a hands-on approach to driving organizational growth and success.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of German and English, with high communication skills. Further languages are a plus.
