Strategic Partnership Manager

About the Role

This is a quota-carrying position focusing on partner sales motions and creating sustainable business opportunities for both our partners and Personio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an existing partner portfolio commercially and strategically to accelerate Personio's growth in DACH.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create compelling solutions that address client needs and drive acquisition of our HR SaaS platform.
  • Develop and implement joint go-to-market plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives, sales training, and enablement programs.
  • Evaluate performance of partnership activities and adapt them accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the DACH Marketing and Sales teams.
Requirements
  • Ambitious, commercially-minded individual with 5+ years of experience in Partner management, Sales, Channel Sales management, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think from first principles and develop business cases for partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to generate excitement and win trust with business partners.
  • Fluency in German and English.
