About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Client Engagement Specialist to join our team in Munich. This is a unique opportunity to work with high-end luxury shoppers and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our top clients, developing strong relationships through regular communication and personalized service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as ambassador to Mytheresa's top clients, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Developing one-to-one client relationships, leveraging order histories to enhance understanding of client needs
  • Increasing individual spend and fostering customer loyalty by identifying sale opportunities, suggesting additional pieces based on customer preferences, and curating weekly emails with personalized recommendations
  • Crafting and implementing new selling ideas to meet sales targets
  • Pursuing acquisition opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Creating an extraordinary experience for top customers through event planning and entertainment programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury fashion or e-commerce
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a true 'roll-up-the-sleeves' mentality
  • A love for fashion and technology
  • Enthusiasm, innovation, and creativity
  • Sales-driven approach and technical aptitude
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English, with proficiency in other languages a plus
