Bid and Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid and Project Director to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of proposals and projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of proposals and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the rail industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with German or French being an asset.
