Your Future Role
As the Integrated Service Readiness Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. You will be responsible for managing the ISR resources, developing the ISR Management Plan, and coordinating with project management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ISR resources for the bid or project, including LCC, Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), and maintenance documentation.
- Develop and implement the ISR Management Plan to ensure quality, cost, and delivery commitments are met.
- Manage LSA activities to deliver QCD commitments according to the ISR Management Plan.
- Coordinate with project management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Represent the team in customer discussions and ensure technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling, and Infra teams.
- Ensure Design for Serviceability (DFS) is correctly applied on Sub System (Component Site).
- Manage Definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering Build of Material (BOM) definition.
- Elaborate maintenance plan and LCC calculations.
- Manage relationship with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses linked to sourcing concern.
- Ensure the LSA database (ILS PDM) is defined and completed correctly.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project management in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)/LCC in related industries.
- Mechanical or electrical engineering master's degree.
- Good German and English level – business and technical verbal and written communication.
- Enjoy complex problem-solving and work in interdisciplinary project teams.
- Target-oriented handling to get optimal results.
- Capable of thinking out of the box, looking for new ideas and reaching set targets.
