We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our construction and renovation projects in Hennigsdorf. This position is with Apleona Nordost GmbH, a leading company in facility management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing construction and renovation projects from start to finish
  • Calculating project offers and additional services
  • Coordinating project processes and attending client meetings
  • Planning project schedules and material disposition
  • Project billing and identifying improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • Qualification in a relevant technical field or related studies
  • Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
