About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid and Project Director to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of proposals and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of bid managers, project managers, and subsystem managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project and bid management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with German or French being a plus.
