Could you be the full-time Marketing Specialist for Product and Bid Services (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf that we are seeking?
Your Future Role
In Hennigsdorf, a team of 2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, is shaping the future of rail mobility. Our locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, trams, and light rail vehicles. Our Services product line offers a comprehensive range of solutions to maximize the value of customer assets, covering the entire lifecycle from design and construction to operation and decommissioning. You will report to Pedro Kuban, Head of Services Drives Business and collaborate with a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We expect you to:
Engage with clients and conduct sales activities both internally and externally, including independent negotiations Create and oversee proposals and contracts tailored to customer needs and tender specifications Monitor market and competitor activities while developing and nurturing client relationships Independently formulate sales strategies for selected clients Plan sales and budgets, implementing strategic sales objectives Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments/key accounts Manage projects when necessary, ensuring a professional handover and/or independent project execution, including coordination, organization, and leadership of project teams, as well as processing service orders (overhauls, revisions, repairs, spare parts)All About You

A technical or business degree, or equivalent Several years of professional experience in a technical-commercial interface role Ideally, experience in services, after-sales, and/or maintenance business Strong customer and service orientation, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor Determination and adaptability, pronounced coordination and organizational skills, and high team competency Proficiency in both German and EnglishThings You'll Enjoy
