We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Lepaya. As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing large (multinational) customers and contributing to Lepaya's overall success through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large (multinational) customers and develop strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales teams to drive performance and growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Strong sales mindset, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Fluent in German and English
