As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing large (multinational) customers and contributing to Lepaya's overall success through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large (multinational) customers and develop strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales teams to drive performance and growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Strong sales mindset, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Fluent in German and English
