Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to support our HR Operations team in various activities.

  • Assist the HR team in daily tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems.
  • Review our HR ticket system and delegate tasks to the responsible team members.
  • Ensure that personnel and employee files are up-to-date and all employee documentation is recorded effectively.
  • Act as an internal contact person for general employment inquiries and provide support via our HR ticket system.
  • Be responsible for the timely completion of job references and create employment certificates as needed.
  • Support employees with visa processes and ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of our internal leave management system.
  • Enter data and profiles into our HR system independently and take on additional responsibilities based on individual interests and skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Enrolled student at a college or university in the field of business administration, economics, business psychology, or a comparable field with a focus on human resources.
  • A 6-month mandatory internship as part of your studies.
  • A high level of commitment, initiative, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in the HR department.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a good understanding of customer service.
  • Good general IT skills, especially with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
