Überblick über die Aufgaben

Als Customer Support Specialist bei MAGNUM EST Digital Health GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die digitale Kommunikation mit Kunden unserer Produkte. Du unterstützt unsere User*innen bei der Lösung von Problemen und motivierst sie zu einem gesunden Lebensstil. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Kundenservice: Du kommunizierst mit unserer User-Community via Customer Service Online Tool und stellst sicher, dass alle Anfragen schnell und wirksam bearbeitet werden.

  • Prozessoptimierung: Du optimierst und nutzt unsere Customer Service Prozesse, Workflows sowie Tools, um die Effizienz zu steigern.

  • Teamarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produkt Team zusammen, um Anfragen und Feedbacks der User*innen in die Weiterentwicklung der Produkte einfließen zu lassen.

  • Projektarbeit: Du betreust eigenverantwortlich kleine operative Projekte und trägst zur Optimierung unserer Workflows bei.

Voraussetzungen

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:

  • Erfahrung im Customer Service: Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Customer Service gesammelt und bist sehr serviceorientiert.

  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du zeigst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in fließendem und verhandlungssicherem Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und bestenfalls bereits Erfahrung mit Customer Service Tools.

  • Technische Fähigkeiten: Du verstehst technische Zusammenhänge und Prozesse und findest kreative Lösungen für die Anfragen der User*innen.

  • Basiskenntnisse: Du hast bereits Basiskenntnisse in SQL oder erste Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken.

  • Teamfähigkeit: Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit und Flexibilität.
