VOREO GmbH is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Coordinator - Order Fulfillment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order processing system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage quotes and orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
  • Manage product listings in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Handle general correspondence and communication with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Completed training in the administrative field, preferably with experience in order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
