Nell'ambito della nostra missione di offrire alternative naturali a base di CBD, stiamo cercando un Amministratore di Comunicazione per influencer che possa aiutarci a migliorare la qualità della vita delle persone.

L'incarico si occupa di pianificare e realizzare campagne di comunicazione efficaci attraverso i social media e il marketing di influencer, lavorando stretto con il nostro team per assicurare l'esecuzione degli obiettivi aziendali.

I principali compiti includono:

  • Costruire e mantenere relazioni con gli influencer che meglio rispondono alle esigenze del nostro marchio;
  • Pianificare e implementare strategie di comunicazione contenutistica e visiva per le nostre campagne di marketing;
  • Analizzare le prestazioni delle campagne e creare report sulle risultati ottenuti;
  • Ricerca e selezione di tendenze e best practice nel marketing di influencer per continuare a crescere e adattarsi al mercato;
  • Continua ottimizzazione della strategia di influencer basata sui dati raccolti e su eventuali nuove opportunità di crescita;
Requisiti e Qualifiche

Noi cerchiamo candidati con una combinazione dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Titolo di studio rilevante nel campo del marketing, comunicazione o scienze dei media;
  • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nella gestione di marketing degli influencer o nelle vendite;
  • Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese;
  • Affinità con le piattaforme di social media e con il mondo dell'influencer marketing;
  • Pensiero creativo e approccio innovativo;
  • Talento organizzativo e capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e forte motivazione all'apprendimento e alla crescita professionale;

Bonus Salariale

Si prevede un bonus salariale stimato di circa €55.000 all'anno, basato sulla ricompensa economica appropriata per il profilo job e sulla ubicazione geografica. Tale cifra può variare in base alle condizioni di lavoro e contrattuale.
