Experiential Marketing Strategist

We're seeking a visionary Team Lead to spearhead our experiential marketing efforts, strengthening connections between Formo's innovative mission and consumers worldwide.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting unforgettable experiences that bridge the gap between curiosity and brand love. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for storytelling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • PR and Grassroots Advocacy: Develop and execute PR campaigns that showcase Formo as an industry leader in alternative food, building strong relationships with media, influencers, and grassroots partners.
  • Create Memorable Activations: Design and lead events, tastings, and pop-ups that bring Formo's products to life and foster a deeper connection with the target audience.
  • Social Media Leadership: Oversee Formo's social media strategy, aligning community-building and influencer collaborations with broader marketing goals to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Forge relationships with HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and grassroots organizations to amplify Formo's reach and credibility.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in PR management, event planning, social media, and influencer strategy.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations and grassroots advocacy.
  • A solid understanding of FMCG and food industries (B2C) and the nuances of consumer behavior in these markets.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as:
