We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Influencer Marketing Europe to lead our influencer marketing efforts in the DACH region and drive business growth through strategic partnerships with social media influencers and content creators.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage our high-performing Influencer Marketing team of 4 (and growing) and support them in their professional growth
  • Own a monthly 6-figure budget to reach our influencer marketing DACH performance goals including data-driven decisions making to maximize performance and reporting
  • Develop and implement an influencer marketing vision to facilitate the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing ones across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts, and new channels
  • Build long-lasting performance-based relationships with large influencers and the most relevant agencies which align with our brand values
  • Work closely with other departments such as brand, performance, and CRM to align influencer marketing efforts with overall company goals and initiatives

About You

  • You are knowledgeable: You have a proven ability in influencer marketing, particularly within a D2C environment. You understand the influencer landscape including different content niches on different channels, particularly in the DACH region.
  • You are a leader: You have a proven experience leading a high-performing team of at least 4 people and you are passionate about supporting your team members' professional growth.
  • You are strategic: You have a proven ability to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies. You know how to make data-driven decisions to optimize spending and performance.
  • You are a relationship builder: You have a proven ability to establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with creators and agencies that align with brand values.
  • You are a collaborator: You possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and departments, fostering a unified approach to influencer marketing strategies that align with overarching company goals and initiatives.
  • You are well connected: An established network in influencer marketing, encompassing creators and agencies within the DACH region, particularly those with audiences that are male-leaning, aged 25-44, and have a digital affinity, is a big plus.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English and German is a must. Any other EU languages are a plus.

Salary

€80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
