As our Digital Marketing Strategist - Influencer Campaign Specialist for France, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition in the French market.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with French influencers who align with the brand's values and target audience, negotiating contracts and compensation within an allocated budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, and PR, to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to optimise future campaigns, using data-driven decision-making and creative thinking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing in the French market, with a proven track record of successful influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations, proficiency in social media management and tracking tools, and creativity in developing unique campaign concepts.
- We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, company pension plan, Urban Sports Club membership, and lunch subsidies.
