Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Organic Growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our organic acquisition growth through the development of our strategic content production, SEO, and social media optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and implement our overall SEO and content marketing strategy, focusing on on-page and off-page optimization.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to attract and engage our target audience.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and optimize our website and content for search engines to improve our search rankings and organic visibility.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase our online presence and engagement.
- Team Management: Manage and guide our content creators, copywriters, and designers to ensure high-quality content and alignment with our brand voice and style.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze our growth and performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to improve our user growth and acquisition.
- 3+ years of experience in organic growth marketing, with expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and German (French is a plus).
