Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Organic Growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our organic acquisition growth through the development of our strategic content production, SEO, and social media optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement our overall SEO and content marketing strategy, focusing on on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, that attracts and engages our target audience.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for content optimization to improve search rankings and increase organic visibility.
  • Team Management: Manage and guide our content creators, copywriters, and designers to enhance content quality, performance, and user growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze growth and performance metrics of content and web, making data-driven recommendations to grow and optimize user growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in organic growth marketing, with expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong sense of great content quality that attracts and converts users.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and the B2B service industry.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German (French is a plus).
