Job Description

We're seeking a talented Head of Organic Acquisition to drive our organic growth through strategic content production, SEO, and social media amplification. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our SEO and content marketing strategy, optimizing our website and landing pages, and analyzing growth and performance metrics.

You'll work closely with our designer, content creators, and copywriters to enhance content quality, performance, and user growth. If you have a strong sense of great content quality, experience in fast-paced environments, and a keen interest in the global consulting industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our SEO and content marketing strategy
  • Optimize our website and landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates
  • Analyze growth and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions
  • Work with our team to enhance content quality, performance, and user growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and content marketing
Requirements
  • 3+ years of organic growth marketing experience with expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media
  • Strong sense of great content quality that attracts and converts users
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and the B2B service industry
  • Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Keen interest in the global consulting industry and future of work topics
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (French is a plus)
